1. About us and these Terms

The website vinci-eyewear.com (the "Store") is operated by Vinci Eyewear LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("VINCI.", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Store and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and images

We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, product images are for illustration purposes. Colors, lens tints, reflections and proportions may appear different depending on lighting, camera settings and your screen. Some images may be digitally edited.
All our models are one size. Frame styles vary from compact to larger fits, as described on each product page. Please review the product description before purchasing.
We may update the design, materials or details of our products from time to time.
Our products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency selected and include or exclude taxes as indicated there. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
Promotions (for example, "Buy 1, Get 2 Free") are applied automatically at checkout when their conditions are met, such as the required number of items in the cart. Promotions are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
Items received free of charge as part of a promotion have no individual commercial value. See Section 7 of our Refund Policy.
We may change prices and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

Before completing checkout, you are asked to review your items, shipping details and payment. By placing an order, you confirm that this information is correct.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, in cases such as suspected fraud, unavailability of a product, a pricing error, or a destination we cannot deliver to.
Cancellations and changes follow the rules in Section 2 of our Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider (see Section 12 of our Refund Policy).

7. Shipping, delivery and risk

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centers in China, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and a valid phone number. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided, or to a person or pickup point you designated. Mandatory rules of your country of residence on the passing of risk apply where more favorable to you.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements for defective items and delivery claims are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the VINCI. name and logo, product designs, photographs, videos and text, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos, videos or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Store and our marketing, with credit where reasonably possible. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or that infringes the rights of others.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to extract content, placing fraudulent orders, or submitting false claims or information.

12. Third-party services

The Store may use or link to third-party services, such as payment providers, carriers and tracking tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms may apply.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of enjoyment of an event or trip. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14. Your statutory rights

These Terms do not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with such mandatory law, the law prevails, and the rest of these Terms remains in effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law allows. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the dispute resolution bodies available in your country.
